Buyer's Inspections are recommended for home buyers of any level of experience. Before buying your dream home, ensure no costly defects are hidden beneath the surface. Our Buyer’s Home Inspection is completed by our Certified Master Home Inspector and includes examination of all non cosmetic components of the home.

1 Year Inspection

Most newly-constructed homes come with a 1-year warranty by the builders. Before your warranty runs out, we come in on the 11th month and perform a full Home Inspection complete with detailed full-color report. Home Consultations are the perfect choice for buyers, sellers and investors not yet under contract. Unlike a traditional Home Inspection, Home Consultations are not full examinations of a property but rather an abbreviated hourly-rated inspection that only focuses on a singular part of the house. Home Consultations do not come with a report and does not count as a Home Inspection.
